JMA Consulting is a groundwater and environmental consulting company which comprises of multidisciplinary scientists, each of whom are registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions for their specific field of practice. JMA Consulting was established in 1988 and continues to provide leading groundwater, environmental and water monitoring consultation, with the specific approach of providing integrated and sustainable groundwater and environmental management solutions to its clients.

JMA Consulting provides comprehensive services in environmental management and consulting to the mining and industrial sectors. This includes amongst others: Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Programmes (EMP), Water Use Licence Applications (WULA), Waste Management Licence Applications (WMLA), Integrated Water and Waste Management Plans (IWWMP), Water & Salt Balances (WSB) as well as specialist Hydrogeological and Geochemical Investigations. When not available in-house, expertise is obtained through formal associations with other environmental and engineering professionals.
